Client - an individual or legal entity that has placed an Order. Order - a properly executed request by the Client to purchase a Product.
Transport company - a third party that provides delivery services for Products to Clients:
1. General provisions
1.1 This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online store represented by the site manager at the moment of placing an order.
1.2 When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms discussed in this Agreement. The acceptance of this contract by the buyer is placing an order through the Internet store website aquaculturica.com.ua
1.3 Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods can make a purchase in the Online store.
1.4 The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in connection with which the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Terms.
2. Order placement
2.1 To place an Order, it is necessary to specify the actual contact coordinates of the Client in the Online store.
2.2 The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the Client when placing an Order.
2.3 The Client's Order can be placed in the Online store, or in personal correspondence with the company manager.
2.4 After placing an Order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of Product delivery to the Client.
2.5 If the Client has placed an Order for a Product in a quantity greater than the Seller has in stock, the Seller informs the Client by sending a message by email or by phone specified by the Client during registration, about when the missing quantity of Product will be replenished. The Client has the right to agree to accept the Product in the quantity available from the Seller, or to cancel this Product item from the Order. In case of not receiving a response from the Client within 3 days after notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this Product from the Order.
2.6 Products are presented in the catalog through photo samples and text description, which are the property of the Online store.
2.7 The presented photo samples contain one or more types of products of a certain name and text information: description, characteristics, dimensions, price per unit of production, have information about the main consumer properties of the product.
2.8 Some Products may differ from those presented in the photograph, namely color, shade, pattern on packaging, packaging, etc. which does not affect the quality of the product. In case the Client has questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, before placing an Order, the Client must contact the Seller. If the buyer discovers that the properties of the product differ from those announced on the site, this is grounds for Order Return within 14 days from the moment of purchase.
2.9 No later than the second day or until the moment of Order shipment, after prepayment, in case of cancellation of a prepaid Order, the prepayment amount is fully returned by the Seller to the Client in a manner agreed upon by the parties, later than the second day or after shipment - the client is obligated to redeem the order. In such case, refund occurs according to the Order Return procedure.
3. Order Return
3.1 The Company carries out return and exchange of goods of proper quality according to the Law «On Consumer Rights Protection».
3.2 Exchange and return of goods is carried out only by prior agreement with the manager at the address 55 Stryiska Street, Sokilnyky (Lviv region), Ukraine or by postal company "Nova Poshta".

3.3 Return and exchange terms. Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement and only after manager confirmation.
3.4 Return conditions for goods of proper quality
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» there are two reasons why a buyer can return or exchange a product purchased by them:
1. if the product does not meet the quality that the seller claimed;
2. if the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.
Return is carried out using transport services of "Nova Poshta" company.
Return must be of proper quality, namely:
- product packaging is not damaged;
- complete set;
- no mechanical damage;
- no signs of use.
Return shipment can be made within 14 days from the moment of receipt.
Return is carried out at the expense of the Sender.
Refund is carried out in a convenient way for the client within 3 working days after receiving and checking the product by the seller.
3.5 Return conditions for goods of improper quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» in case of discovering defects during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the procedure and within the terms established by law, has the right to demand:
- proportional price reduction;
- free elimination of product defects;
- compensation for costs of eliminating product defects.
- upon discovering product defects, the Client may request product replacement or refund of money. Information about receiving goods of improper quality must be provided within the first 24 hours after receiving the goods by the Client by phone call, email message - sales@aquaculturica.com.ua, on Telegram or Whatsapp
Consumer requirements provided by this article are not subject to implementation if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that satisfies consumer requirements established by the first part of this article) prove that product defects arose as a result of violation by the consumer of the rules of product use or storage. The consumer has the right to participate in product quality checking personally or through their representative.
Return is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
